I have been in Blairsville for 11 years. My first relationship with a builder was terrible, The cost was way above estimate and took over a year to build. I could write a book on all the problems. Eventually I wanted to down size. I looked at several houses, and over the years learned a great deal. Builders would walk off jobs, build for their profit, cut corners, not supervise their subs. I then looked into BLACKJACK builders. I looked at several houses in different stages. The construction was the best I have scene in Blairsville.

We've bought lots of houses, but we had never participated in a build before. New to the area, we had read horror stories on social media about what can happen if you don't choose the right builder, and we didn't know anyone. By pure providence, our paths crossed with Blackjack builders. After touring some of their projects with Nick, we were convinced of the quality of the build. Working with Nick and Terry made this process so much easier than I anticipated, and now we live in a BEAUTIFUL home that we are so proud of.
